Service Retainer

Let’s do this tattoo!

You have met with us, we have discussed the process, and now it’s time to get started.

The first step, as you know, is the design. We put a lot into these designs, and we need to make sure you are serious about follow-through before committing countless hours to a custom creation for your body.

We made this step easy, simply click the button below, and pay the Service Retainer for this project.

Before we get too far into this process, we need to get a commitment from you in the form of a Service Retainer.

This Retainer is non-refundable.

This Retainer is applied to the price of your tattoo. It is not an additional fee.

Summed up, this shows your commitment to the project and allows us to put our full creative efforts into your project. The Retainer is used to cover the cost of the 3-5 Multi-Session drawing/design appointments scheduled pre session(s), as well as the time spent researching and developing your concept. The retainer is also applied to the Deposit used to hold the day(s) and time(s) you request.

Generally, the design and development is a flat rate of $600-$800 depending on the complexity and time requirements. (Often 15~20+ hours alone). The remaining balance of your service retainer will be put towards each deposit used to secure your appointment day(s)/time(s). Appointment deposits are Non-Refundable. Each deposit is held to secure the time you have asked us to set aside for your project. Each deposit will be applied at the end of the session block. As with any deposit, you forfeit the deposit(s) if you no-show or cancel/reschedule with less than 14 days notice; the remainder of your retainer will be used to reimburse the artist and staff for the time they committed to preparing, designing, and planning your project.

Should we finish the entire tattoo on the first session block, the subsequent deposits will be applied towards the final session. If we don’t complete the entire tattoo, the remaining balance of the retainer will be used towards future deposits, used on the last day. or in the event you don’t complete the tattoo, will go to compensate the artist for the time they spent on the initial development and project planning in preparation to complete the project.
